GRANT WRITER
Qualifications
-
This work requires acute attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple projects with different deadlines, and the ability to work collaboratively and professionally with clients.

MS or above in a STEM field.

2+ years experience with grant writing/administration.

Strong project management skills.
-
Knowledge of (or interest in) government or philanthropic funding programs.

Passionate about and confident in their writing ability.

Excellent communication and people skills.
Responsibilities
-
Grant Writers at Oakenshield work with clients, ranging between primarily nonprofits and academic institutions.

This role reports to the Principal Consultant.

Serving as the grant writer for assigned clients.

Coordinating the preparation of funding research and proposals.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Qualifications

Minimum two years of administrative support experience required

Associate degree or above

Excellent computer skills required with high level of proficiency using Microsoft Office suite include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat

Strong professionalism and attention to detail

Knowledge of (or interest in) government or philanthropic funding program.
Responsibilities

Performs tasks that are varied and administrative in nature and may require a high level of administrative and organizational skill.

Produces documents, worksheets, presentations and other work products with a high degree of professionalism, creativity and with minimal direction and oversight.

Provides administrative support for a variety of projects such as new program start-up, responding to RFPs and other proposals, or conducting research.
